1.0 - Acceptance of Terms:
Acceptance of Terms: By using any of Permeateq's Services/Products, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
2.0 - User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including passwords, and for all activities that occur under their account.
3.0 - Product Compatibility
The products are developed to be compatible with the latest version of Control Panel and Operating System designated without the need to update. However we do offer updates,
4.0 - Delivery
Your purchased product(s) information will be emailed to the email address (that you will provide) once we receive your payment. Even though this usually takes a few minutes, it may also take up to 24 hours. You can contact us through our contact page if you do not receive your email after waiting for this time period. You will also have access to your purchased products from your account in Permeateq.com after logging in.
6.0 - Browser Compatibility
We consider it our duty to offer a great experience across most major browsers, which is why our products support the latest modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome & Internet Explorer 9+. However, the performance may vary between different browsers, versions, and operating systems.
7.0 - Updates
Our software are constantly updated to be compatible with other third party service providers.

9.0 - Price Changes
Permeateq Reserves the right to modify or suspend (temporarily or permanently) a subscription at any point of time and from time to time with or without any notice.

11.0 Working Outside of a Contract
Parties who have instructed Permeateq to commence their project are deemed to have agreed to the contract provided by Permeateq and thereby accept our terms and conditions. This provision safeguards Permeateq from potential exploitation, preventing parties from altering their scope midway or refusing to pay accrued fees, both direct and indirect. This ensures clarity and accountability in our engagements while protecting Permeateq interests and maintaining fairness in our business dealings. Please visit our Legal Department for clarifications and working to have your contract signed.
12.0 - Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Permeateq be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Permeateq or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
13.0 - Licensing Policy
All Software are licensed by Permeateq and the license is not transferable. Companies/Business/NGO/Governments who express interest through verbal or oral with evident video confirmation may acquire a valid license under clause System Support and Maintenance as Permeateq waits for full compensation of all services provided.
14.0 - System Support and Maintenance
Permeateq shall provide full system support and maintenance to all companies who purchase/accept/request the system support and maintenance package. Kindly note that when a client who has not acquired a License Under Clause 13.0 second sentence who wishes to transfer system support and maintenance to themselves, may do so through an email via firstname.lastname@example.org, and the request will embark a complete handover process where Permeateq will relinquish full access to the said party but only when Permeateq is offered full compensation for all services and products provided. Parties must compensate Permeateq fully with all accrued costs whether direct or indirect that occurred during and also during the handover process are covered fully by the third party. The third party may inquire its full costs for a complete handover process by emailing us on our official email email@example.com or by creating a ticket on our website.
15.0 - Payment Gateway Integration
Permeateq Software and Systems are built to be advanced. They can integrate any local or international payment gateway seamlessly without any issues. For the Provision of Capital Access through Payment Gateway Integration charges are based of clause 14.0 for system support and maintenance. Where Permeateq is providing you with Payment Gateway Integration under system support and maintenance package, charges included is provided at a low price allowing business to start getting paid, receive donations. Where a Party wishes to transfer out of a system support and maintenance package, a minimum standard charge of 1000 $ plus a Custom Amount that will provided to you during the assessment $ is charged for the payment gateway integration service that was undertaken. Please note depending on your assessment, the custom charge may be high and you are expected to pay all your due fees.
16.0 - Prohibited Activities
Users shall not engage in any activities that may: Violate any of Permeateq Terms and Conditions. Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights. Interfere with the proper functioning of Permeateq's Services/Products. Compromise the security or integrity of Permeateq's systems. Neglect to compensate Permeateq fully for all services
17.0 - Permeateq Mission Policy to Keep Your Site and Systems Functioning
Permeateq is on a mission to empower business and ensure their systems and sites are working optimally. Permeateq may/use its infrastructures and its cloud systems in various data centers may host you and bill you monthly, yearly and transfer setup fees during issues with your account.
18.0 - Bidding - a Permeateq Policy
Terms for Existing Software Engagement If Permeateq has already provided software, logins, and training to a party, Permeateq will not engage in a new bidding process for the same project initiated by that party. If a party insists on initiating a bidding process post-software delivery, Permeateq will not submit a bid. The party must compensate Permeateq for all incurred costs, including services, products, and man-hours utilized in delivering the project. Parties are entitled to use the software provided by Permeateq. Permeateq will not bid for projects where its terms and conditions are violated due to prior exposure to the software or information.
19.0 - Dispute Resolution
20.0 - Amendment of Terms
Permeateq reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the parties to review the terms periodically for any updates or changes. Continued use of Permeateq's products or services after amendments signify acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
